Interesting interview with Mr Audi RS.........

https://youtu.be/pCnlARw6V20

I like the new RS 7 more than new 6.....Roy will have a semi!

But a few clues to the future models from RS stables at Audi...

Looks like it is heading in a worrying direction...

If you are going down a hybrid route then at least use it to boost performance I would have thought!

The 7 gets my vote too. Not sure about those huge 22 inch rims and humongous carbon ceramic brakes..... I suspect running costs are gonna be epic. Performance of these new emissions laden models is yet to be tested but the RS6 0-200kph time of 'no more than 12 secs' ????

My dragy shows my car's 0-200kph at 10.5 secs so I guess I can wave at the new RS6 owner as I come past. :D

They are shredding a lot of performance on the EV altar it seems. Just think about all of the additional weight for the batteries for example.

Listening to chap from Audi Sport I was thinking the BS is strong in this one....

I thought it was the final golden age for cars in 2010 when I picked up the M4 and that I would hold it forever (a concept denied by OBD theft scroats!) and again picking up the RS3.

This one it would seem is a keeper.

The new RSQ3 has now been revealed, looks interesting and the new 'coupe' sportback design is different. Looks like they have finally adopted the twin oval exhaust pipes too.

Will be interesting to see how much of this design and the interior, like the seats gets mirrored on the next RS3 when it appears.

Non sport exhaust one sounds a bit wheezy, sport exhaust ok. Surely that front end will appear on the new RS3?

Interesting, I wonder if that yellow/green colour is a standard option paint? very un-conservative if it is.

As someone that had an RSQ3 I would go for the sport back version in that colour & config as well

The mark 1 (as I called it) was similar to the RS3 8p but on stilts, I let APR use it as there development car & was the UK’s first APR mapped RSQ3

Apart from a fair bit of body roll (as you would expect from such a tall car) it ripped along

Just ask Roy......
