Had some warranty work done on my RS at Maidstone recently, was fine, booked in within 2 days, car back following day
like most dealerships it depends on how busy they are when you walk in
i have been there back in February 2019 and been messed around after Hatfield forgot to reset my service light, basically Maidstone refused to reset it despite talking to Hatfield on the phone
ended up driving back to Hatfield and they did it and gave me a free tank of fuel Winning and a slow drive back

I imagine they will fit right into the Audi franchise model - incompetent robbers & thieves while giving you the most expensive cup of awful coffee you will ever drink in your life.
