Hi, just thought I would let you know Regal Autosports in Southampton are doing a joint venture with an engineering company to do ICs for RS models. They already use one on their Huracan and say they will be better than the Wagner ICs.

On the 17th I have agreed to lend them my car so the engineers from Germany can make a bespoke one using a pre sized core after taking the measurements. For assisting I will get one of the ICs fitted for free and I believe APR will be providing the base map and fine tuning. I am not looking to remove the downpipe and have the rattling noise, so I would be interested if anyone has a solution for a better DP with a performance cat?

I will take some photos and update you as the project goes along.

You will get a high quality downpipe from Nigel at BCS Powervalve. They are offered with & without cats.

Any idea on cost with a cat, assuming no one has found the answer to the metal rattle with catless downpipes?

I have a miltek downpipe and the sports cat.
That rattle is from the turbo Wastegate. Installing the catless downpipe doesn’t cause the rattle but it makes the rattle more louder as it’s always been there,
You just cannot hear it as much with a stock dp and cat
