Hi guys,

Car service is due...it has one every year and the last one was a pretty major service with all fluids and filters been changed (Haldex excluded) - I would usually be changing my spark plugs but had the NGK R7437-8 fitted in Jan 2018.

Does anyone know the recommended lifespan to change these Race Plugs? I cant find any solid advice online.

Thanks

I just use the oem spark plugs & change them as advised by Doug at 10k.

As your plugs are a grade colder than I'm running they shouldn't be getting a hard life tbh.

Ben at TTU is still using the oem grade of plug on his 500ps hybrid turbo 8v which says a lot about there heat range & resilience mate.
