To reduce the throttle lag? Any good? 100% safe even with stage 1 map?

Whats the difference mate? Got one on order but unsure whether to fit or not.

Easy to fit?

Entirely 100% safe?

How does it change things?

I will never have a turbo car without one anymore. There’s a thread on them on here or ASN where I wrote a lot of info.

Don’t set it too aggressive.

It takes out the lag in the pedal. First thing to do before any power mods in my opinion. Single best mod on my RS3 8v

Still don't get this, minor throttle = medium acceleration and mash the pedal for full. What benefit is a pedal box giving?

Drive a normally aspirated R32 or RS4 and feel the power delivery in all gears at whatever revs, whether tootling or racing and you’ll understand.

Lol both cars that I’ve had, still got a MK4 R32, power delivery is immediate

I was wondering this the other day actually. Such a delay when hitting the accelerator but I don’t understand how a pedal box fixes this as I always thought it’s just like having a sharper ‘sport’ button?

Pedal box I highly recommend

It just removes that first inch of dead pedal.

It needs fine tuning to suit ones taste but certainly improves things.

The newer one has a self calibration mode when you first install it.

It probably just takes out the inherent delay Audi put in the fly by wire software to help make the throttle more controllable for most owners mate.

Dell.

Well, I ordered one and installed it today.

Well worth it- it is awesome! Much punchier on the first bit of pedal travel. Suprising difference from a little throttle box!

Highly recommended!
