I have finally had the Autowatch Ghost fitted yesterday, have to say I’m impressed with all that tech in such a miniature device, unbelievable how many switches can be used to make your code.
Just take a bit of getting used to but glad to get it sorted at last.

Fyi you can move it from car to car so no need to leave it there when car is sold and buy a new one.

It costs more to remove and reinstall than a fresh install. I tried that one when I rejected the first nail.

Bear in mind, you are digging these things fairly deeply into the CAN so an easy removal is a shite install.

The canbus isn’t difficult to splice into.

Done it many times when retro fitting.

Just needs to be the ‘correct’ way though.

Not difficult getting into the canbus but more difficult incorporating it deeply into the wiring loom way back under the dash.
