Stock plugs just change more frequent or NGK 7438-8 (racing plug) or 7437-8 (performance oem tip)

Just wondering what plugs people are using for stage 2? I’ve read a few have standard plugs, some have the rs7 plugs (1 stage colder I believe) and some have said the ngk racing plugs. What would people recommend? Also any part numbers please.
Gaz.
All off what Jays posted but I'm run oem on a MRC St2+ changing them at 10k instead of 19k.
Dell.

Yeah it’s all personal preferences
Why so for the NGK?
The IKH are the ones that have known for tips to drop but as I say it’s all a gamble in the tuning game.

over the years i have found and learned. 90% of the time stock plugs are fine on RS models. just over 2bar they can handle before the spark blows out.
Also my biggest advice i can give torque your plugs, most of the time this is why they fail but no one ever picks up on this fault.

Thanks for the advice. Is the torque setting 30nm?
normally yes, but just to be on the safe side always check depending on what plug you use.
some like you to do 25nm first then 30nm

Hello,
Both pugs will work for the EVO though the R-7438 series with its low
angle fine wire ground electrode is better suited for racing only and
very high boost levels. The R7437 series will work better for street use
and resist fouling much better.
If you do mostly street driving with the car I would suggest sticking
with the R7437 series it will have much better throttle response at
lower Rpms and will burn a lot cleaner. I have talked to an Evo team
that ran the R7437 series on their 1000whp Evo without issue, so it
should work just fine for your application. Hope this helps, thank you.
