What a poor service from Bolton Audi today.

Traveled 30 miles to go and view an RS4 they had in stock.

Queued up initially because there was no one on reception despite three waiting, then waited 55+ minutes for someone to be free despite being told twice they'd be 10 minutes.

We ended up walking out without speaking to anyone!

Wont be going back i'm afraid if thats what the pre sales service is like, Never ever waited that long to see a salesperson!

That's a shame, I always deal with Bolton now since I was so disappointed with the service at Stockport and they have generally been great.

I noticed the blue RS4 they had in there, very nice! Mine is due a service so I am going to see if they will let me use the 4 as a loan car??!

I'd email this guy that I have spoken to in the past and let him know your frustrations, never know what you might get out of it ..

We've actually gave our feedback directly to Audi UK Customer services who said it wasn't an acceptable way to be treated by any dealer and they'll be passing on the feedback.

We went to look at that RS4 however just looking through the windows we saw how worn the drivers bolster on the cream leather appeared to be.

I've decided it wouldn't be the car for us anyway, It's more expensive too buy a used RS4 at the minute if you can get a deal on new.

A. I'm assuming running costs excluding fuel are a lot higher as we'll like £2k for a set of discs & pads

That's a shame! They said I can't take the 4 on my own before I am 25 and that the S and RS models are very limited when it comes to loan/demo cars.

They have been ok with me using a Q7 though!?

Maybe you should just get a GTR??!

Think I've miss worded the above, that specific car wasn't for us as I want more options/spec than it has.

GTR isn't entirely my bag, I couldn't live with the interior I'm afraid.

I'm still in talks with Audi regarding ordering/speccing my own RS4.
