Car is going for MOT tomorrow only thing is it has Milltek secondary cats fitted, has anyone got any experience will it pass or fail on emissions? I have kept the O.E.M ones just wondering if I will get away with it?

Just don’t take it to Audi.

Emissions pass easily, barely a 0.1% difference fitted or not.
Technically it should fail where cats missing where usually fitted, but unless your Audi and know it has 3, or a car to compare against all is good.

Same if you fitted a sport cat. Technically it’s less cats than it left factory with and shouldn’t pass.

Don't Milltek state "race use only" or something on each pipe?

As TX said Miltek have "race use only" tags on both pipes just get the tags removed & your be fine at a normal mot station & not at Audi as Paul pointed out mate.

I removed the decated 2nd oem one's & refitted the stock oem 2nd cats which take an hour last year due to the decated down pipe & it pasted easily  :D

Dell , I did the same, bought a spare set of cats and gutted them, (very messy) then had through the “can” sleeved and welded in from the flange through to keep the bore consistent throughout, made a lovely job, oem look, but it droned like a biatch, so was taken off within 50miles and sold. They went on a TTRS in Scotland, but funded the scorpions instead.

Paul.

How strange i did just like you bought a spare set & gutted them, but didn't sleave them as there's no real need tbh That may have been the cause of your drone as i don't suffer from it at any rpm, engine load or road speed with the stock back box in normal or sports mate.

Could well be, at the time I was advised not to have the increase in diameter at the can swelling, only for it to reduce again shortly after, so had it sleeved it for a straighter flow.

Paul.

Adding a sleave is no different to a cat delete in reality mate.
