Had my 8p back from Audi yesterday after I dropped it off Friday for a headlamp fault, had to agree to an initial diagnosis at £120, fault not found so was asked to agree for a further 4 hours at £120 to remove the front bumper and lamp unit, so already in for £600, fault found and a further £700 in parts including the vat, didn’t expect a bill for £1300 to be honest....pfft

You need to be finding a decent indie - no point taking an 8P to the main dealer. I am still thinking about taking my FL to an indie rather than putting up with the dealer bs.

This is one of the main reasons I keep extended warranty last year mrs SQ5 dash started playing up £1800 for new one £250 excess job done and had brand new Q5 to fuxk around in till it was done

£120 is better than I got quoted called them about high pressure fuel pump. Quoted me £297 for the pump and £180 an hour labour. Ended up calling TPS got the part for £230 so gonna fit it myself

Piece off piss to fit just undo the 2 fuel pipes & the 2 spline bolts,unplug the sender switch on the side😊 don't forget a new O ring mate.🤔

Old one is already off pal, pick new one up tomorrow, 2018 final revision part so with any luck will be better.
