Yes, you can change the damping from the inside the car i change from soft to sport and back all the time

So is that the only difference, you have in car control over the settings?

Not worth the extra outlay in my opinion. I can change all 4 wheel settings on my B16 in about 5mins. Just means getting your head under and reaching for the dial.
