dont currnetly own a RS3 but im looking on the net for a 8p,

not decided on colour but must be below preferably 45k got 25k as a budget.

and was looking for some sort of buyers guide or common issues to look out for when viewing 

any advice would be appreciated

Welcome to the forum.

I am also from the Midlands. I have an 8p with wingbacks these were a must when looking for mine. I spent around 6 months looking and travelled 200 miles. They are out there just got to find them! Good luck with your search.
