You can see where the cost is coming from, that’s painstaking work!

Local specialist who i get on really well with have one in now so went to have a look. Its a 55 plate so an early one & only done 1800.00 miles from new!!!. It's just had a main dealer service in London at a cost of £33,000 !!!!!! nine grand for one brake pad & already for the next service there is already £28,000 going on the bill!!!. Think i will stick with my RS3.

Those costs are insulting at the least.

I know someone with a 488 and we already had this chat. Oil change just over £400, new clutch £2650, complete change of belts £4100 and new brake discs and pads £2780, although Brembo were £1800.

Considering the cost of RS3 servicing it didn’t seem that bad to me.
