Just to say ... if anyone’s F1 paddle gets stuck/jammed ... it’s probably because a bit of plastic has broken off in the shifter.
I followed what this video suggested - albeit I disconnected the battery first - and it was relatively easy to do in just over an hour.
I got a little worried at the end when put on the ignition and the Traction Control and Airbag lights stayed on - but as soon as started on a test drive they both went out - Phew !

Was aware of the video, but didn’t want the hassle of airbag or worry the switch would fail again.
Not cheap to replace £163.20 inc VAT for the upshift paddle + fitting.

I looked at changing to the R8 ones, given I was buying a paddle anyway.....
Pair of the R8 ones - £511.20 inc VAT 🙄 ouch.
