Well I’ve just done 850 miles of varied driving, but not push8ng it too hard. The wait to have a go on the launch has been almost as bad as waiting for the delivery.

So today I changed the oil & filter, refitted my lighter wheels with custom spacers and headed out for a drive. I had read the thread for launch whilst in a lay-by and made sure the tyres were warm and oil temp at 85 degrees. It’s probably optimum conditions today being dry but not over hot and it did not disappoint. When I let go of the brake, holy sh#t it was way better than I thought and felt faster than my mates M4 easily. I did hold the traction off button fo4 10 seconds as some people have said it makes a difference and all I can say is proper violent launch. 😁😁😁

Great you are loving this far and I'm sure it's set to continue Stu👍. Is it difficult to change the oil? Some in FB say it is and you have to get some sort of sucker (excuse) to take the oil out of filter before unscrewing.

Seventeenapg - I supplied the oil and filter to the garage that do our company vehicles so I can't say if it was easy or not. I will ask when next in there. It worked out as £27.00 for Quantum oil and genuine oil filter and £25.00 for labour. I could do it myself but I wanted to get the receipt for my records.

£52 for an oil change. This is not fair as Audi used to charge me £300!

Imho the car launches better with TC off with one button press rather than held down for 10s.

Very easy

Just screw it into the bottom of the filter cartridge and watch the oil empty out

Thanks for that I will try 1 press next time. It gives me another excuse to do it again.

Can’t be as the Connect is less prone to issues and more sophisticated.

Plus it has a more plush interior.
