Evening all, thought I would share a few photos of today's work.

Evening all. 

 

As you may be aware we have been developing and working on our RS3 8p over the last 5 months. All I can say it's paying off. Our first stage 1 hybrid was fitted to the RS3 8v pfl a couple weeks ago. We decided to not tune the car our selves for none biases results. We advised the customer to go to another reputable company. And this was the end results! 

485ps with an amazing 760nm!! Comments have been made probably the best all round hybrid for road use.

This was on UK 99ron fuel, running a miltek system, Wagner cooler and a hpfp upgrade. 

 

We are over the moon with our results, and will just state more from us to come with our own tunes.

We will be, just not had chance to look into them. If you have a turbo to donate we are more then happy to take a look.

485ps not seem a little low?
Surely if you were going down the route of fitting a turbo you'd expect a little more power?

No need to now, we will now be looking at a stage 2 version... As you can see from our graph we have more torqe then all stage 1 hybrids on the market. Also if you compare a graph to a TTE500 just for example, we make 40ps more at 3k rpm which shows we have a better spool and peak all round power. Would love to see what it would do with meth or race fuel. 

 

So now our first task was achieved we now are looking at chasing down the 600ps ish area and having that as our stage 2.

With the greatest respect it's not all about hp! We have got 760nm the highest by far on 99ron. Do you think a 530ps car with 680nm is going to beat this?? I think not

I run a Mrc stage2+ RS3 8p with 768nm & I'm sure there's others on here running similar torque.
I'm not trying to put you down but it seems alot of time & expenses changing the turbo for very similar figures thst are achievable at stage2+.20170404_131951.jpg

That's impressive stock turbo? You have a graph for us to compare? Every graph I have looked at is hybrid stage 1 on 102octane and not 1 was nore then 741nm. Maybe I've missed something?

Maybe speak to MRC and get there thoughts?? The customer said they were very impressed and said was amazing on the road.

What was your full spec Jay? Thanks for the graphs guys... I know mrc said there was head room for more, customer wanted driveabilty. As you can still see on your graph our unit still spools better and builds 40ps more at a lower rate, we will be doing some vbox times so be good to also compare.
