Which one is louder and sounds better? I know eventuri is better for gains but very little

Wonder how the surface area compares to an oem filter against that cone one above, it looks like a restriction to me. I once saw a pleated paper element unfolded and it was in excess of 20+feet long from memory.

Is the stock intake good for 500bhp? I may consider an induction kit in the future but I just expected better sound rather than performance gains.

The stock air box with a drop in air filter is good for nearly 600bhp mate.
