I read a lot about injector failure on tfsi engines. Possible to overfuel the wrong injector?

My 4. cylinder is stopped again. I removed the sparkplugs.

1.2.3. and 5 cylinder was fine braun, but the 4th cylinder is dirty black.

I burned and cleaned the sparkplug, now its working, but i dont want to rebuild the engine.

Any experience?

Try changing that plug with another cylinder to see if it a plug or cylinder problem mate.

Yes, i changed the coils too. Plugs and coils was changed 2000km-s ago.

Now i checked the plugs again. I used 20km-s on off boost. Ally cylinders are running well, but i removed the sparkplugs.

Looks the same. Cylinder 4 is black, all the rest are nice brown.

Are you the one with a stage 2 on TTE500... surely that has to be your issue. You can’t run this setup and expect to have no issues all the time it’s not mapped correctly to the turbo

I wouldn't take any chances. Get it compression tested asap and the bore inspected asap to ensure you've not done/doing damage.
If all ok get the injectors renewed and get it mapped properly

I use it absolutely off boost. Why only one cylinder is rich. Not depends on the turbo setup.

The fuelling will be mapped differently compared to your current tune to compensate for the bigger turbo. How long have you been running this setup with no issues?

I think dont need any compensation, on off boost, if the fueling system not changes. I use it as N/A.

I run this bad setup sience few weeks. The bad situation started, when we installed the tte500, than realised, we received a bad autotech upgrade kit. We just put the car together with the oem pump and waited for the correct pump. Now i received the correct pump upgrade kit and ready for remap.

That is the reason, why i use the car like this.

We checked the compression. Its 174psi in all cylinders. Need to remove the intake manifold to chech carbon dirt in the inlet.

I buy 5 new injector too.

The plug is oiled or burnt?

If it´s oiled and the inyector is fine, the problem could be the valve seals.

We just removed the intake manifold. It was some dirt in the walls, but nothing special on the cylinder 4. All of them cleaned up.

I am worried about this, because there was not any visable problem. I had 5 new oem injectors, so we changed them.

aronmatic.

I know it don't make senses  ^_^ but as this has only come on since the tte500 been fitted it may be a mapping problem as that hasn't been carryed out yet. :(
