Do the Facelift cars have secondary Cats?

It seems a bit random but the sports exhaust FL cars don't seem to have them whilst the non-sports exhaust ones do. In the UK that is.

Even though I have the sports unit with no secondary cats on my spec list, it does seems a bit two faced that Audi sell them like this. When I asked about the removal of the secondary cats it would invalidate the warranty, even though Audi do it them selves. I said to a tech guy I know that they would have a hard time fighting that in court and he said you have to have deep pockets to fight any dealer in court where the outcome could be used for lots of claims. Fair point.
