Just shows how good AWD is compared to RWD. The m2 got owned on everything in a straight line but I wonder how the RS3 would compare with it around a race track?

That stage 2 must give it some serious kick. The way the arse hangs out on that launch is pretty epic for something with so much rubber and AWD.
If the RS3 came with an option to have it as a manual, and had a driver’s seat that wasn’t so damned high it might just be the perfect car.

In case you’re interested, timed laps of a FL RS3 Sportback against an M2 (auto).
Roughly 3 tenths slower over a 90 second lap, so basically neck and neck.
