Good points: Helpful staff,  Greeted as soon as you walk through the door.   Aftersales continues to be helpful

 

Negative points: Refuse to change/upgrade spec of cars on the forecourt ie wheels etc on used cars.

I use these folks too and find their service team to be excellent. The sales people have always been a pain to deal with, however, such that I have only bought two of my four Audis from them to date.

I dealt with Ifan when I bought mine and can't thank him enough for the smashing deal he gave me, and his assistance Claire was just top during the time when I was waiting for the car to arrive.

Can't say a bad word about anyone at Preston Audi.
