Just wanted to say massive thank you again to Steve and Caroline for organising a cracking event 3rd year attending now and already looking forward to next year.

Great convoying with a awesome bunch of like minded nutters, catching up with old faces and meeting new ones.

Now to see and see how the go pro footage turned out 🙈

Another great day,

Made even better by Dannyboy who could not navigate his way round a bloody roundabout !

Nice to see you all again and as always great to meet some new faces.

I think Toby hit the highest speed today which I cant say on here as it was just a "little" over 70 MPH

Hope you all got home safe and sound

Thanks to Steve and Caroline as always for their time and organisation.

BARGES RULE OK !

Just wanted to express my thanks as well and the same sentiments as above, ...was great to meet all I did, ...and hopefully again next year!

I posted some pics from the track session on Flickr, so hopefully can post the link here.....

rather than clog up the RS3OC servers.....

the pics are plenty, and possibly a bit 'Samey' but.... as I wasn't sure who was in what car thought I'd post as many that were ok, so don't get bored with them.

Also... they should be ok to download and use for FB and stuff, but if anyone wanted a particular frame please PM me and I can send you a full size Jpeg for better quality on that Mug, Mouse Mat, print, t-Shirt, etc etc etc

Sorry if I didn't take as many frames of you as others, wasn't being selective, was pretty random ....

As per the posts above, well done to Steve & Caroline for organising a really enjoyable day. Gutted that I couldn't bring my car (legal medical reasons stopped me from driving) but it was still great to meet up with new and of course familiar faces.

Special thanks to Dell for being my 'chauffeur' for the day - much appreciated.

Notable activities were the track session where Roy proved that his barge is in fact more like a speedboat......... Dell for impressing onlookers at how quickly he hustled his MK1 through the corners with aplomb, only to reveal afterwards that it was actually due to him not having any brakes left! :D... TX for having the fanciest big brake upgrade I have seen on an RS3, they work really well,.. so well that the car was slowing quicker than it was accelerating.. At least he didn't get lapped this year!

Hope to see you all again next year.

Fantastic day again and thanks to Steve and Caroline. Track time was brilliant and felt I pushed it a bit this year as had smoke billowing off the brake pads! Look forwards to next year. Great people and loved it. David

Great day out, very well organised as last year. Track time still a bit scary for me but yes brakes felt awesome and it took a few laps at least for me to lose sight of everyone ;)
