New lip - was one of the first to get - locally made by Flow Designs!
It's about 10mm thick, so no chance of breaking/cracking like the maxon ones I've seen..
Will get it painted to match my gloss black highlights, was just a little impatient to get it on the car!

Parts ready to go in!
TTE625
SAR TTE625 fitting kit (DP, intake, oil & water lines)
Forge turbo inlet elbow
SRM Brushless LPFP & controller
Forged engine kit (Mahle power pack pistons / IE Tuscan rods / Calico coated bearings / IE spring retainer kit / Supertech inconel intake & exhaust valves)
My vision is for a fast street/circuit track car - so will be happy to give up some top end for a fat mid-range
Fingers crossed its done in 2 weeks!

Thought i would bump this thread, it's been awhile..
After building the engine and installing the TTE625 we found fueling was limiting us, so added the iroz motorsport billet port runners and 980cc injectors. The iroz kit included the microsquirt controller, which we got working along side a cortex boost controller. This solution worked well under WOT but was a little choppy on the street. I tuned it for e85 pump and it made 540whp (640hp at engine?)
I had 3 things that didnt talk to each other; secondary fueling controller (microsquirt), Cortex boost controller and the stock ECU. So whilst my tuner did their best, i wasnt satisfied.
Enter 2022 and i decided to revise everything utilising Syvecs.
Sent the 625 back to TTE to swap it for a 777.
Removed the WMI (wasnt running on e85 tune), removed the microsquirt & cortex unit.
Added:
- DCT flywheel (snapped my OE)
- Wavetrac front diff
- APR 4" pod intake & pipe
- Syvecs w/ flex sensor
- TTE777
- all ARP hardware
- driveshaft carrier
- wireless apple play (lol)
- new water pump & rear main seal
- SSP spec-r clutches & billet basket
- TVS stage 4 TCU tune
- Bull-X cat back exhaust
Base map was completed yesterday by Stijn Jacobs so we could drive the car to get a wheel alignment before strapping it to the dyno to complete the tune. Will soon find out if the 980cc port injectors and existing wagner evo 3 intercooler will be sufficient.
