Standard Audi panel filter now. Mrc map 422 ps does it sound any different with a different intake? Are they worth it ? And why. Thank you all.

I run your set up inc the MRC remap but had a pipercross air filter 432ps & 686Nm.The OEM air box is very good as standard mate

As Dell says the pipercross panel is all you need and not costly so just bin and replace rather than bother with the faff of cleaning.
All the aftermarket kits are great for looks and that's about it. Standard airbox/intake very good! Just look at MRC's Facebook page at how they had to mod a fancy carbon air intake (not on RS3 but same principle) due to how restrictive it was!

I'm running Mrc stage2+ 451bhp with Hperformance intake pipe with oem air box & pipercross panel filter & it's spot on.
