Sales- Steph Gosling, excellent saleswoman, no pressure, listened to what we wanted from the deal. Allowed us to borrow the RS3 for an hour, fit child seats and test as a family. Beat the best finance deal we could find and came up with a creative deal to make that work. Has superb Audi product knowledge and is actually interested in the cars.
Service - No particular contact but all excellent to date, service and recall work completed quickly, at a time to suit me.
Aftersales - John Spriggs, Head of Business, he follows up the recall/service work and seeks feedback on customer experience. I gave some feedback and received a personal reply, I like companies that operate this way.
Good points: Sales listen to the deal you want, genuine interest in the product not just the finance deal. Ability to find the right deal. Friendly and professional manner of all staff from sales, service to the coffee shop, clean waiting area where you can see the cars being worked on. Family friendly.
Negative points: They make a promise that they will match any like for like tyre price, they won't and aren't even close. They can't repair or help with the repair (eg wheel loan) of diamond cut alloys (yes I know others can but I want it to be easy) - if you sell something you should be able to repair it.
I've owned a couple of TT's in the past and Cardiff Audi have always been significantly better, in terms of car price, finance APR and customer service, than the 2 more local dealerships.
