As per the tittle has the RS3 got s "launch control" feature ?

yep, which version are you in 8P or 8V?

8P:

Gearbox to Sport or Manual, ESP to Sport or Off (short press for Sport, long press for Off), S button on.

Left foot firmly on brake, right foot to the floor on accelerator, let go of brake..... GONE!

8V:

Drive Select to Dynamic, Gearbox in Sport or Manual, ESP in Sport or Off (Short press for Sport, long press for Off), Start/Stop Off.

Left foot firmly on brake, right foot to the floor on accelerator, let go of brake..... GONE!

In the 8V once you have this set you can leave the car configured and launch again immediately at the next set of lights if you feeling Uber Yobbish!
