Good points: Helpful staff,  Greeted as soon as you walk through the door.   Aftersales continues to be helpful

 

Negative points: No help (cost) on the initial poor finish or refund on the detail i had the following day after collection due to very poor valetting, although that is changing.

I too bought my car from Carlisle Audi. Initial impressions from ordering to collection on the day were good with Andrew and Tim but since then I get the feeling that they have sold the car so that's all they need to do. No discount and a struggle to get rubber mats and an AMI lead (asked for a luggage net and knocked back on this) from the delearship principle given I was in effect a cash buyer with no p/x that used Audi Finance

 

Very disappointed when I specifically contacted them to register braks squeal which they said they would open a case on adn inform Audi UK but then when I do contact Audi they do not know of any case being opened. Will be having all warranty and servicing work done by my local dealer now.
