Cardiff Service Department we're pretty quick to get the brakes replaced under warranty despite being messed around and thrown from person to person the phone for a whole day however, they chipped my brake calipers in the process!

Quick to get stuff done but no pride in their work.

EDIT: Technician noticed knocking suspension and didn't bother to fix it..
