I've had time to play it over in my mind several times now and i definately think that because i was slow to the line i never got a launch start, i can remember myself burying the accelerator as the green light came up way to quick!

1.01991 Reaction time

13.65492 1/4 time

104.92 Final speed

I reckon after a couple of practices, low 12's would be possible, from what is a standard car.

Cant believe we missed the run!

Well done for capturing it Vito.

We saw:

11.7 from the stage 3 - 500 bhp running 1.6 bar

12.2 from the stage 2 - 430 bhp with intercooler, exhaust, map, intake.

12.7 from a stock one iirc

So Freezes time was actually 12.6 if you take away the reaction time.

Wasnt a fan of the way it was timed today,  Its usually times from the minute your car moves and includes 0-60.

I think the reaction time stuff is more for the drag racing.

the 1.01 reaction time was pretty bad.

It all came up on me too quickly, they should allow green P plates for first time runners.

I was only just settling into the positional lights and then BOOM green lights, GO GO GO!

Watching the other runners i think the average acceptable reaction time was more like 0.4 - 0.5

i can't remember who said it, but they had seen one of the others fold the mirrors in to try gain an extra fraction of a second.

Me, i got to the other end and then realised i still had the A/C on, DOH! :20:

Not the fastest but certainly the coolest :D

I didn't class it as excuse's, more trying to give anyone interested in doing it an idea of what it was like.

I'm cool dude.

Pretty pointless having all those ponies if your not going to use them though. Just saying :P
