So I was in Aberdeen today on business and proved once again it is RS city - but in particular 3 RS3 spotted and an interesting Venetian Purple RS7.

In less than 12hrs,

- parked opposite a MK2 in Floret with Black Pack (plate ending in TTS)

- spotted a Sepang MK2 parked at the Dutch Mill at lunchtime

- spotted a Misano MK1 cruising up and down Union Street

Any takers?

I'm sure I saw a sprint blue MK1 today at Union Square around lunchtime but I only caught a quick glimpse

I've seen one mk2 and zero mk1s down my neck of the woods. Good thing for me I guess!
Few s3s floating about though

I live near Aberdeen and work in Aberdeen and I've only seen 1 other Mk2 a nardo with black pack. When I picked my car up from Aberdeen Audi I asked how many Mk2's they had sold and they had sold between 50-60 so far.

50-60 was what I was told by my sales guy. Seemed a bit high to me as well but can't see why they would say that number if not true.

Trying to think which one he is, I know 4/5 of the salesman properly.

He's the one who inflates the sales figures  ;)

Mikers4 It's Dale Bunnett, good guy no issues or complaints at all dealing with him. Booker can't see why he would inflate the sales figures on a car that is supposed to be exclusive nothing to gain telling me a higher number. I was hoping he said 5 haha. But don't shoot the messanger only passing on what I was told.

haha this is the problem with speaking online cant really get across the tone of what your saying sometimes I will use more happy emoji faces in future so you know i'm not taking it seriously :)  Reading the reply back I could of maybe worded it differently so it was more light hearted. I was actually thinking it pretty funny  the shear shock of people thinking that a dealership in 'The land of the RS3'  might of sold 50 RS3's.  :D

Don't worry, no offence taken here. Actually I am not surprised at the numbers given the oil related activity in the city and the large catchment area - how has the collapse in oil prices over the last 18 months affected the area and new car sales?
