RS3-Fest returns for it's second year at Castle Combe Circuit!!!!

I'm sure those that attended last year will let you know just what a great day out it was too.  we saw the largest UK gathering of Audi RS3's putting on an impressive display all colour coordinated precision parked !

 

Club only track time can be booked in advance so we only have the Audi RS3 Owners Club cars out on the track for a session.

 

Two parade laps laps last year were also a great success where we certainly provided an impressive array of cars out n the track!

 

As last year we'll have our own large space and a BBQ with a few of Roy's favourite veggie burgers thrown in !

 

The plan will be to attend the awards ceremony too on Saturday evening,  This I believe is a black tie event and we'll have our own table.

 

Details regarding hotels and timings will follow in due course, please browse last years event to see plenty of pictures and what people thought.  

 

Names for now then nearer the time we'll take deposits for track and entry tickets as we did last year.

Entrance tickets - £12.50 per person

Parade lap - £10 per vehicle

Track time - £35 per session & £10 per passenger (same rules apply as last year, all drivers and passengers must have theirs arms and legs covered and helmets must be worn. Helmets can be hired from the venue so too can race suits)

 

We will not being attending the gala meal due to the lack of interest.

 

​I will be in touch with everyone via PM in the next few days who has expressed an interest in staying over with proposed venues.

 

​Please can you now send your payments to RS3-fest@audirs3oc.com via PayPal Gift so we do not incur their fees. In the notes please include a note to confirm what you are paying for and your forum username. I will update the list once you have paid to confirm receipt of payment.

Please take time to read this thread guys as all the details are here and it saves me keep copying and pasting it replying to PM's asking for details. 

 

To reiterate:

 

**If you haven't paid by Thursday 22nd of September you will be unable to be part of the display as we only get space for those paid in advance.  There are a lot of cars so space will no doubt be tight anyway.** 

 

This threads been here for some time now, its on every social media feed, as well as in the Mk1 and Mk2 forum sections so i'm unable to accept excuses about you've not seen the details.
