This is my build thread which i'll keep updated throughout ownership.

 

2012 Misano red RS3 with delivery miles on the day i paid the deposit:

 

 

Bit dissapointed they dont have a specific RS3 show plate! 

 

 

A few pictures i took after its first wash.......didnt take long for the fly brigade to attach themselves to the front!

 

Then it was onto its first meet/outing at the Manchester Krispy Kreme's meet with the R32oc where we had the usual "Audi corner"

 

 

After listening to Anakins Solar Orange TTRS with 2nd cat bypass pipes i was sold on the idea and on the lookout.

 

The following week i got a tip off these were for sale on another forum:

 

So...... within a few days this happened.

Its the cleanest car i've been underneath lol

 

This fitted resulted in me taking these two videos before and after:

Few more plans, Some front vinyl wrap on the lower splitter and tints to follow very soon.

Drove across to Totally Dynamic vehicle wrapping in Manchester this morning for a little Aluminium pack retro fit.

 

Top fellas, I'm over the moon with the result. In my opinion its lifted the whole car as i felt there was a little too much red and it blended into every other sportback.

 

The front looks alot more like it should.

 

 

Crappy pics which dont do it justice i know but its rained the whole day and it started raining heavily when i got back so just braved the iphone pics.

Trying the plateless look which i'm not sure about and i'm researching the euro look.

New plates and surrounds arrived so got them fitted.

 

 

Oh and the new Club stickers applied too.

 

 

Whats next?

 

Tints at the weekend then something to make it go faster!

Am I wrong or the digits stick out from the plate ?

Yep they are pressed metal plates so raised.

Nice, love 'em. What about the plans you had for the front one  ?

Plans are to remove it all for shows,  Unless i do eventually find a solution i'm happy with for a front plate.

 

I'll be trying a vinyl plate soon too.
