We purchased the TDI from Emma at Hitchin 2 years ago, ok they messed up forgetting to replace a tyre with a nail in it during the PDI and it subsequently went flat 5 mins after leaving. But a quick call and they sent 2 mechanics out to put a space saver on (car had repair kit) to get us back to the dealership to replace the flat tyre.
We initially made an enquiry with our nearest dealer 5 mins away about the 8V RS3, but the so called "Luxury and Performance" Sales Exec was so full of himself that we decided to go back to Hitchin to order the RS3 through Emma. Gave us all the necessary encouragement to get the order in quick for timely delivery - car arrived 6 weeks after ordering!
Fantastic service from start to finish. Didn't wash the car as requested and delivered the car to our chosen detailer 250 miles away.
Charles invited me to the Audi Soort Showcase event. The guy loves his cars - great talking to a sales guy that knows cars!
Kate - known previously from VW purchases but gave us a good trade in price and resolved our paint issue query quickly.
