We're looking at a new 3.0 BiTdi A7 as a 2nd car and this fits the bill, Quattro, does 60 in 5 seconds and 40+ mpg.
Got a test drive tomorrow.

Practicality: interior space is generous, boot is huge. So a great family car
Performance: Its a strong puller, will hold a lot of performance cars honest due to the mountain of torque and the twin turbos.
Running costs: it will do Audi book values on MPG. I serviced it once, as per variable schedule, and that was just over £400 at a franchise dealer. I had a brake caliper pin replaced under warranty. It wasn't hard on its tyres either.
Relatively stealthy and still fairly rare - but it is a big wide car, fills all parking bays
That'll get you started off, let me know if you have any questions, happy to answer them

I've just come out of one, safely the best Audi I've owned.

That looks stunning
Much more striking than standard, although the sills look a little 'aftermarket'. It just shows that bigger wheels and lowered suspension are the number one improvement you can make, to pretty much any car

I must say the A6/7 really are a great car.
That Bi turbo engine is a peach.

It's very stealth and lends itself to carbon.

Glad to hear you have very big wheels, they look a lot better with 20's.
Looking forward to seeing some pics too.

Fantastic looking cars those are! Just a shame they are about 3 sizes too large for me and the Polish roads!

They're a little too large for some UK roads too Oz
However, I did manage to sell mine without a mark on the alloys and the paintwork spotless - you just need to be mindful of her curves

We've just checked the dimension difference between the A7 and my current Range Rover Sport...
The A7 is 3 cms narrower than the RRS but 20 cms longer...
It's bloody huge!!!
