Sales- Very good helpful and going beyond to find the extras I wanted

Service - good

Aftersales - very good though not need much as sales very good

 

Good points: Profesional, Courteous & Polite

 

Negative points: Only offer tea and coffee i dont like either but do get a nice bottle of Audi water.

Sat in Newbury Audi currently while they change a wheel under warranty. It has a minor casting defect. No quibble at all over the warranty work. Met on arrival by a lady with "Morning Mr Woodstock, your service agent is Dave this morning", currently waiting for the wheel to be swapped over, and the staff are pandering around me, coffee, muffins and the daily papers. I can't really complain at that level of service. Now on my second muffin!
