Matt,
whilst your on here and you have some inside knowledge perhaps you could sort out a few issues for us all on here....
1, SQUEAKY BRAKES
2.NOISY TIMING CHAINS
3.DODGY PROP SHAFTS etc etc etc
I could go on but im sure the queue outside your dealership would be a very long one ( wherever that maybe)
Well said Roy

Hi Roy, are you talking mk2? I've got a customer coming back in on 6th Nov to have the brakes looked at, so I'll let you know the outcome.
I've not heard anything on timing chains and prop shafts. Have you had anyone look at it yet?
This one I've got coming back in seems to have a gearbox that does what it wants too (hopefully just an software update as this car was the market introduction model given to our dealer by Audi UK so it's one of the first).

Funnyhasn't got a chequered history has it?! Actually don't tell me! Lol
Assuming you got it from the first owner who lived in Wiltshire, he did look after it... although I can see that in your photos!

The biggest hurdle we face is dealerships that waste our time and talk utter tosh.
Then there is the obligatory "sounds normal to me sir, they all do that"

I think you'll find most MK 1 / MK 2 will look after their cars fastidiously....

Agreed... the previous owner of that RS3 has a Subaru before and that was mint when he part exchanged it, unfortunately I couldn't convince him to go for the RS3 MK2!
Thats a fair shout, although if you have no luck with the service departments at other Audi dealers by all means bring them to Bath! We've got a great team and loads of experienced technicians, several with 10/15+ years.

Mine is a mk 1
And to be honest the dealers near me are all pretty good one of them is even changing a headlight with a "goodwill" gesture
cant ask for more than that !
Matt........................................ ask T-800 how long Audi had his car for !
