I know they are rare, but...!  As an RS4 owner, I can clock an RS-anything at half a mile so I'm sure I'd never miss one, but I swear I've never seen one!

In my garage:  RS3 8V Sepang blue, standard wheels and trim, SS seats in black/grey with grey headlining, comfort and sound, dynamic pack, dipping door mirror, no farting pack,  :D

I've only seen 3, and Preston is a hotspot for RS3s.

I've only seen about 2 new S3s, as well. Seen loads of Mk7 Golf Rs.

Get the GAY or EGO plate on yours when it arrives to spread the noticeability........
Think mine in tango orange will be sufficient to be spotted...providing it's completed before the internal combustion gets banned

I've only seen 2, one was in same place twice

Grey with some blue was first idea. I liked that but it came in for a lot of flack.
The main idea was blue not grey with orange details as per load of pics I posted months ago.....problem was the blue leather I was using did not go with any of the blues that would suit the car.....I could write a book on the time troubles stress and endless hours looking at and testing colours.........but in the end I had to tell trimmer to ditch the blue leather I'd bought
Anyway now I'm going Anacio Argos pearl Lambo orange body underside and engine bay......with just the logos in blue, tiny fleck on the front. Wheels and trim in charcoal.
Leather is now charcoal, deep orange and silver....no blue !! Risky colours I know but on this car chances have to be taken

You've not been on here long ? im surprised you've seen or noticed the posts on my hopefully optimistic build ??

I'd never noticed any around where I live before I bought one and now I've noticed about 3 of them driving around the area.

Yes John a great day to remember :11:

Some are still here, some have disappeared, some have moved on but these pictures stay.

They were loud, they were fast and they were all mighty RS3s, lol.

This thread has been removed from the list in the forum but I'm trying to resurrect it from the link in the regular update email here.  Why deleted?  Someone not like the fact that RS3s are invisible or are they upset that Pat's picked orange?  Orange is ok, really!

Thread re-found, now filed under 'photos' rather than 'spotted'.  So if I say I've not spotted an RS3, it can't be filed under 'spotted'?

I have plenty of photos or RS3s so it's obviously ok to file it here then!

So that's what RS3s look like!  Who's is the particularly tasteful Sepang?

No Sepang there. The two blue ones are:

Moschops - Sprint Blue ( the lighter blue one, in first photo)

The other ( in both photos) is 45bvtc - " Bluey" - Cornflower Blue.

oh ok thanks.  All the blues must have been 'exclusive' with the Mk.1s?  Anyone got a Sepang Mk.1?

My old RS3 was the most exclusive of them all, only one in the world & it even seem to start a craze with other manufacturers
