Shame I would of liked to have seen it in flesh before I confirm my order . What's your guys opinions on magnetic ride worth the extra money or not ?

The thing to confirm with magnetic ride is what is does to the ride height.  On the current A3, there are three suspension ride heights with SE, Sport and S Line.  Sport lowers over SE by 15mm, and S-Line by 25mm.

If you specify magnetic ride, you get the Sport ride height.  So an S-Line suspension A3 will sit lower than one with mag ride...

I don't know how the new RS3 will be affected - will find out next week!

I would have thought the ride height would be the same on the RS3 whether you have the RS suspension or the Mag ride as the option for Mag ride is 'Audi magnetic ride, RS-specific'.

Agree - you would and probably is. But for the sake of a question...

My current B8 S4 with mag suspension sits higher than a normal S4 by more than a few mm. So it's definitely worth checking out how the new RS is configured, though I doubt the dealers will be that clued up about it.

I found with the magnetic ride it handles a lot better but that was in an RS6 so maybe not a true test . But I assume the fact they charge extra for it there's gotta be a benifit to it and not Audi just trying to squeeze extra pennies out of people

It will probably be possible to watch the unveiling here: https://audimedia.tv/en

This Audi website streamed the launch of the new TTS when that happened.  The next event is scheduled for 15th March 10:00 CET; the Geneva coverage starts at 10:50 CET.

Is it such a big deal to wear a suit? Also, they don't want people turning up in tracky bottoms and trainers. If I was Audi, I would stipulate a dress code too.
