You can use any shampoo in a foam lance, it's just some work better than others, or are designed to produce more snow foam.
I was fortunate the C1 and Exo v2 had already been applied, but I wouldn't hesitate to get my detailer to do it on future cars, or top this one up when required.
What's your maintenance routine having had the Gtechniq detail?
The sealants never seen to last on my car however I have recently changed to snow foam that doesn't strip wax.
My car will be going in for a detail just not sure yet if I'll be going down the sealant route yet, do you ever wax the car now?

I have GTechniq EXOv2 on lady P_G's A1 and EXO on mine. Wash once a week with Gwash in the snow foam lance and then normal wash routine and dry with Chemical Guys 2x Baluga towels for each car. It needs a quick wipe over and buff with C2v3 once every month on the RS3 to keep all panels beading like they did upon first application. I have to say though for whatever reason and it may be I do more miles in it that the EXO on the A1 lasts a lot longer than it does on the RS3 although the A1 sits out on the street and gets tree sap and bird crap all over it so it should be the other way round. It may be a little different when I get Crystal Serum applied by my detailer this time round because it is supposed to be rock hard and far glossier than EXO versions. Don't ever have to put waxes on, if I want a bit extra bling gloss I spray and wipe Chemical Guys V7 Hybrid over the car
Both cars detailed twice a year by DDB inside and out, top job every time.

Or do you manage to keep them at bay?

I'm quite low mileage, so sometimes it goes 2 weeks.
I was intending to wax with my favourite swissvax onyx, but have been advised not to, it won't add anything and could be counter-productive.

How are the swirls ?
Or do you manage to keep them at bay?
There aren't any as far as I can see.
