But don’t worry it’s not a car ( so the RS3 is safe ) 5BF13421-229A-461C-9893-364B1340B840.jpeg 150.44K 16 downloads

I tried that one once, I tuned a K6 GSXR1000 and spec'ed it as a race bike and promptly ran out of talent at croft on the first day.No that was the time before last time a car wiped me

Since then I've decided 4 wheels is far better and thats how the RS3 came to be. Unfortunately I've kept ahold of my habit for tuning things and the RS3 has gone the same way.

I’ve run out of talent too many times to count I think I’ve been off more then I’ve been on but I still can’t give them up.
The RS3 is standard at the moment but I think it will be getting the MRC treatment soon

Looks like a coffin on wheels to me. Lots of fun until it isn't! I never recovered after being an unwilling pillion passenger on a 170 mph Fireblade ride 25 years ago!

At least in a motor the wind is not dragging you out of it! Pillion at 180 is not where you want to be! The RS3 is a comfortable and stable place to be at warp speed although I have to be fairly careful on the Fen as the roads sink on the peat and there is always a river to crash into.

I was the same though, always wanting to see how fast I could go. The last crash beat that out of me though, hitting the deck at 90 will do that to you. The bike then hitting me as I bounced back up just made doubly sure lol.

I'm a bit old for it now but when younger I used to enjoy "jousting" with the bikers in the twisties. Come a straight road though they were gone!

Corners are fun but like you said in a straight line it’s just a legal missile

I have an old 1966 Triumph Bonneville, not fast by any stretch of the imagination ,
When these sports bikes come flying past at blur speed they frighten the daylights out of me,,,, way to quick for me
I'm too scared even to try one .
