Getting close to the end of our house build and finances are getting tight!!!

I may need to chop in the RS3 to get us over the line. Wondering what this would currently be worth...

FL RS3 Sportback (8VFRWY\0) registered March 2018 (pre-GPF shenanigans!), 22k miles

0E0E: Mythos Black metallic

N1H: Fine Nappa leather with RS embossing on front seat backs

PS6: Seats: Front Super Sports seats with RS embossed logo

UB: Seats: Black with Rock Grey stitching / Dashboard: Black / Carpet: Black / Headlining: Black

9ZE: Audi phone box with wireless charging

GB1: Booster for phone box

WB0: Audi Sport Pack (Audi Magnetic ride, Sports exhaust, etc.)

PAH: Gloss black styling pack plus OEM Audi front and rear RS3 badges in black

PXC: Matrix LED headlights with LED rear lights and dynamic front and rear indicators

WBI: Comfort and Sound Pack (Bang and Olufsen, Hill-hold assist etc.)

6XK: Door mirrors folding / auto-dimming

6FA: Body-coloured door mirrors

3FB: Panoramic glass sunroof

VW1: Privacy glass

4X4: Rear side airbags

7HE: Extended interior upholstery pack

RS3 floor mats from Autostyle

EA6: 4 year Audi Warranty / 75,000 miles

£53k list, purchased from Audi Tetbury.

2 sets of 8.5J 19" LD Prestige RS6 replica alloys: currently on staggered 255/235 Dunlop Winter Sport tyres, other set are on staggered MPS4S for the summer. Full service history from well respected local independent Audi garage (wouldn't let the local stealers anywhere near it!).

Car is is perfect condition. Only ever hand washed, non-smoker, warmed up thoroughly before being driven... haven't even launched it yet!  :P

Hoping I don't have to cash it in to finish the new home, but at the end of the day it is all about cashflow. No decisions yet but an idea of how much I could get would be really useful. Thanks in advance.  B)

There are a fair few about Gav - £40k if you are really lucky but probably nearer £38k.

Might have been slightly optimistic - just seen this poverty spec on at £32,500.

Ooooft! That is a bit low.

Luckily we agreed on an offer for our house yesterday, so I've received a stay of execution  :P  If someone had offered me in excess of £38k I'd have had a serious think about it...

It was probably only £46k list price new - they have probably taken a £10k hit on it.

Stick it on the track on a wet day and you would never want to get shot.
