Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I am looking for a dealer recommendation in the Berkshire region. I used to use Camberley Audi but fell out with them s few times so won't go back. My other nearest dealers would be Slough or Reading. I have an oil service due soon and I want to get all software updates done as well. Camberley refused to do any other than instructed by Audi which was the last straw. That and the fact I had excessive mileage added to the car whilst it was in there just for a brake fluid change.

I've always used Newbury Audi with the RS3 and can't fault the customer service.

I wouldn't use Newbury Audi personally.

Reading Audi were good with my A4 back in the day.

A mate of mine swears by the master tech @ Basingstoke Audi.

Got my last s3 from Slough - couldn't fault them really.
For some bleeding reason I always seem to buy cars that are 200 miles away

Have you been into Camberley since they change to Lomond (Lookers)? I found that Guildford (part of the same group) improved their customer service a lot under the change of management

Last time I went to Camberley they had just changed to Lookers. Admittedly they may have improved over time but I wont be going back.

Been using Slough and Reading since. Already had a run in with Slough as they changed my oil service schedule from long-life to fixed without even asking me then didn't understand when I took the car back for the interim service that was displayed on the DIS. I got them to change things back to original. Also I had to tell them the spark plugs were well overdue and they couldn't find them even mentioned on the records for my car (all Audi serviced) and since the oil change it needs topping up a lot so I suspect they used V cheap oil. When I asked they said they use special oil which can be used for both long-life and fixed schedules which is crap. It ended up that the Service manager came to speak to me as I was severely pissed off. Basically I will be supplying oil for the next change but it wont be at Slough.

Reading did the oil changes on the Haldex and Gearbox although they didn't get very far with the issues I have with V jerky gear changes but I don't blame them for that as it appears a number of people on the forum are having tis with no common resolution.
