I paid my deposit last Thursday for mine to get re trimmed. As if you remember on mine I got some “sticky sauce” over it within the first month on the alcantara.

I’ve gone for the perforated leather on the sides and normal leather top and bottom with oem silver stitching. He’s doing my hand brake too in normal leather again with silver oem stitching.

He’s sending a temporary wheel (S3) for me to switch over and then I’ll send the wheel and handbrake cover over to him. For exchanges he wants a business holding deposit (for the wheel) of £150 + £10 postage. He’s said between 7 - 10 days, but I remember last time it was done in about 5 days.

It's now exactly a month since I collected new car from detailers and have only managed to clock up 500 miles on the running in. Have avoided doing long drives as tend to be in same gear/rev count for too long as opposed to mixing it up on shorter drives on B type roads. Unlike with PFL running in I have not been able to resist 'blipping' the throttle occasionally or getting away from traffic lights a little to promptly! So far no problems or issues to report. Needless to say I absolutely love the car as I did for the 8p & PFL.
