We all like to comment when we get bad service but not very often when service is good.

How about using this template to constructively review your experience at your Audi dealership!

For instance you've had bad service.... Why was it bad?  Did you tell anyone?  What was done to rectify it?

You've had good service: Who dealt with you?  What made it good?

You get the idea!

Dealer name: Dulwich Audi - linked to Beckenham Audi

Experience: Purchased Mk 1 and now Mk II - had all scheduled services + brake calliiper/discs/wheel arch liner replacement at Dulwich. Not RS specialist but very courteous and helpful. They had one petrol head David Williams who sorted my Mk I but has now left. Processed the Mk II thru Peter Oliver who is 'standard Audi car sales person' not experienced or knowledgable about RS but is helpful and polite. My orders though made at Dulwich were processed thru Audi Beckenham who appear to be more geared up for RS, though I've never been to them. One incident to mention - whilst parked outside house some juvenile prat had kicked/hit my folding mirror back out of the folded position & disloged the outer casing & warped mirror housing - Dulwich Audi repaired/fixed it in 20 mins and did not charge me!

Would you use again: Yes but only because it is very convenient for me - they are in walking distance so dropping off in morning & picking up in evening when serviced is easy peasy - note though that coutesy car not always available as they seem to be always busy. If I ever had some serious issues with RS to sort out I may consider another Audi dealer who is more RS orientated.
