The sedan has really grown on me having seen these latest pics, personally the front end looks mean!

I agree, Daytona is a great colour and I like the contrast with the ali pack. My last Audi (8v S3) was Daytona and I loved the colour.

The figures on a well specced RS3 aren't stratospheric and I think we can safely assume the new RS4 will share the same engine as the RS5 so potentially an increase of only 50ps.

A well specced RS5 is now approaching 6 figures so you'd think a similarly specced RS4 when it's released has got to be in the £80k region.

To my mind that makes the new RS3 a lot of car for the money.

Unfortunately my RS3 is only a year old so I just can't justify the change just yet, but if you're looking for a replacement to your RS4 Steve, I think the RS3 sedan has got to be a contender.

If you contact Audi UK (rather than a dealer) you might be able to get a demo for 2 or 3 days (I've done it in the past). Perhaps you could coincide this with the RS3 fest mate 🤔.

That's actually really nice looking. Makes me want to get my car detailed so it's all shiny like that. Haha.

Rear wheels fill the arches very nicely ,

Personally id be waiting to see if there are any "glitches" .

They have tried two times already to sort a RS3 but brakes on both models and other issues are causing people on here untold problems on the P and V

Still Its not my money so its not my choice !   :)

For sure that car has been lowered and got some spacers on right?

To much air in the wheel arch on all standard RS3's and this looks perfect.

Agreed ...... daytona and alu pack (and those alloys) contrasts together really well.

As mentioned above, the only negative for me with these cars is the brakes.

I would hesitate getting another RS3 unless I could be rassured Audi have completely sorted the brake issues for the FL.

erm ...... lol  :)

If there are ZERO reports of brake issues from new owners of the facelift, then I could possibly be talked into ordering another.

But I am not due a change till March 19 - so will be looking at ordering August next year - by which time there should be enough time gone by to know if the issue has been eradicated.

That said, there is no gurantee the RS3 will still be available to order this time next year and I would need to decide if I would want virtually the same car for another 3 years ?  as good as the RS3 is, I am not sure

Really not sure what I would get next. The RS3 really does suit me down to the ground in terms of an overall package  B)

I should update but this isnt Daytona, the video actually calls it "Nimbus grey pearl effect"

It's a £2400 paint option on the config too...... ouch !

I'd go for Daytona over nimbus all day long. Firstly you're not going to pay £2,400 for Daytona and secondly in some lights nimbus can loom like nardo, but a bit darker.

I know but that car looks sooooo good, wonder if its just how its been edited or if thats a true reflection of its colour.

I've never seen nimbus looking that dark, but I agree it looks stunning.

I loved Daytona on the S3 and in the sun after a good clean and polish it literally sparkled.

Really like Merlin at the moment it's definitely one exclusive colour I could happily pay for along with Mica Racing Blue.
