Another 034/Arma priced carbon intake? Pass. The alu one sounds interesting though, with some gold reflective tape too.

I think the 034 intake is the cheaper of the three. Still not cheap though

Oem airbox is good for well over 500bhp, just upgrade the intake pipe.

As Aoon says what you do with your own money is up to you, congrats to Irfy's car leaving an A45 AMG for dead, with an 034 intake, check out Archie Hamilton Racing on you tube,

Am yet to see any dyno graphs but they claim almost half a second gained on 60-130 mph on a stock car. Bet it will sounds good, too. But will he pricey. Horses for courses.

Does it work effectively for mapped cars? Anyone with any experience?

Most stage 2 maps don't touch induction, and the ones that do I'm not convinced do it for performance reasons.
Unless you're getting a custom map or are going for stage 3, I can't see it making any meaningful difference performance wise

Did some power runs on Awesome's dyno last week to compare my 034 intake against my standard air box, all the gains were low down on the 034, but that's where I want it, I'm not a lover of the 034, wish I'd bought the arms, on its own is it worth the money, no, but with other mods it all comes together hence why I posted earlier about Irfys race, putting an A45 in its place is why we mod?

What were the bhp gains over the standard airbox ?
