AWD doesn't / cannot defy the laws of physics......
I know I know, it was daft on my part for sure. However in a FWD/RWD like I've had before I'd of never entertained a little blast with another car in the wet.

I have owned 2 type R's previously and I love the Japanese ethos. That car will be bulletproof and I respect them for doing things differently. I don't think a CTR would be a bad choice at all! Fair play for embracing your inner chav and not giving a poo. I imagine on the track it'll be epic.
I loved the FN2 GT we had........the interior was great, that dashboard certainly was a leap ahead........
As I've said before when we got out of the Focus ST and looked at them side by side, it made the focus look like an antique
Different strokes for different folks.......
I've only seen a couple of the 'new' Type R's since they were launched, a rare sight on the road, same as the Astra VXR not many around (well these parts anyhow)
I think all the hot hatch boys prefer the Golf GTI /R now because of these low priced Lease deals, a guy i know has just leased a 7.5 Golf R estate for £220 a month
Jesus christ, I thought the M140i was cheap at around £300 a month. £220 a month is an absolute steal, I'm sure my gf pays £170 for her kia
The VW leasing company had an offer on apparently about a week later it has gone up to £350

Yes its one of the reasons i won't touch the Golf R. There are loads of cheap leasing deals out there which is great if you lease but if you buy your cars outright you are going to pay when it comes to residual values when the market is flooded with 3 year old ex leasers.
