Just wanted to say hello.
New owner of a daytona RS3 and what a car it is.
I have come from a modified c5 rs6 and can't believe what a great package the RS3 is even in stock form.
In typical Audi fashion I already need to claim on the warranty type for cam chain rattle.
Look forward to being part of the community.

Not too fussed as have warranty but won't be too happy about the time off through road.
I'm used to Audi lack of service but hope maybe this one time they get it right.

Good choice and it's a shame you've had this issue so early in your ownership....
Your not the first to have the Rattle and it can be sorted, if you have a competent dealer, just don't take any flannel off them.

I have filmed the noise a few times. I've already had the software update and oil change just to get it out of the way as I knew from reading here it makes no difference.
I will make sure the tech knows that I know what the problem is what they need to do to sort.
On the upside after years of rs6 ownership this just seems like a little hickup in RS3 ownership.
