Hi Guys, so out with old & in with the New. Been eyeing these beuts since their inception in 2012. I could not refuse the urge anymore & bit the bullet...

 

Say Hello to the new Lady in my Life  :oops:  She's still rather fresh with 47 000km & Full Plan in place.

Already have some minor changes in mind that I'll be sharing as I go along. So yes more Pics will be coming.

The Foundation

 

I'm a firm believer that without a solid foundation, you'll have trouble creating anything of value. That being said, I went with the KW V3s - the wait was definatley worth it.. Shot to Mr Mooloo for the hooks up 

 

 

The wheels have been stripped for some fresh paint to go with the new setup. Hopefully it'll be installed by next week & I'll have a few more pics to share

Installation Done

 

Got the wheels back from Wheel Service Center - opted for a clean Aluminium Silver to compliment the Silver Pack. They done a really good job on both the buckles and paint. Wheels are now back to life and full of freshness.

 

The installation of the Coilies was a DIY with my good machi DaviKroki, took about 4hours in total. (With a proper lift probably half the time).

 

Set the Rebound in front to 8 clicks positive, basically halfway between soft & hard. The Bump I opted for full on Hard.

The rears I went all out Hard on Rebound and Bump. I'm having corner weighting done next week and then will play more with the setup. 

 

For now I must say the drive is Superb. UnderSteer is a thing of the past. Point and steer and she does exactly this.

Visited Ludwig Racing today - corner weight sorted and lowered the rear a tad.

I ended up with Full Hard on the Bump. Rebound went 8 clicks Positive starting at 0.

Car likes this setting. Prefer a stiffer drive for the spirited driver in me - for longer trips I just take the Bump setting down.

After a lengthy wait (Audi SA doesn't stock) I received this from EU. Must say I was never one for a number plate surrounds but I like the look of this one.
