We will be handing out the pre paid tickets and club stand passes at 08:15  at:

We are looking to leave Wickes car park at 08:45am to be at Castle Combe for 9am:

There will be a plan in place to set off in a certain order to MASSIVELY save time at Castle Combe or we'll end up queueing for ages like last year. 

 

​We will need to organise ourselves and the club display so please bear with us as we enter the show and direct people to our allocated areas,  if anyone wishes to help with this please let me know as it's a pain in the aRSe getting people with fast cars to park straight

Steve, sorry I can't be there this year, at least not in the morning, otherwise I would've loved to help out again this year.
What might be a simple idea is to print a set of numbers on A4 paper and then hand them out in the order you want them to leave the car park.
That way one of the last to leave can check the numbers as they leave the car park.

However it works out, it's a thankless task that someone has to do otherwise it goes to pot.
I think me and Paul (Uncapeez) did a fair job last year

was fully intending to get to the 'fest' with you guys, but as things are panning out I wont be able to get there until later in the day, so will have to park on my own in the 'public' car park

but will defo come and find you at the OC area, cant wait to see all those very neatly parked RS3's oh and Roy's taxi/cuff link carriage/S7 - could you by any chance surround Roy with as many strategically placed Nardo's as possible, he may see the light!!
